Dog show brings canines, their owners to Davenport
Snickers cannot seem to help himself. The 7-year-old blue merle Sheltie yips excitedly while waiting to compete, barks when told to sit, yelps when admonished to be quiet and "talks" the entire time he runs through the agility-test course. Police dog bite victim files lawsuit against Vancouver Police Department
VANCOUVER - A man whose leg was bitten by a police dog during an arrest has filed a lawsuit against the Vancouver Police Department and the department is being challenged to change its dog-training policy in keeping with some U.S. cities.
