Dog show brings canines, their owners to Davenport
Snickers cannot seem to help himself. The 7-year-old blue merle Sheltie yips excitedly while waiting to compete, barks when told to sit, yelps when admonished to be quiet and "talks" the entire time he runs through the agility-test course.
